Description

Sunburst Solar Pool Heating Panels

Increase the length of your swimming pool season with free heat from the sun! Our Sunburst solar pool heating panels absorb the energy radiating from the sun and transfer it to the water flowing through the panels. The solar-heated water is then circulated to your swimming pool via your existing pump, adding no additional operating costs.

Sunburst panels are an environmentally friendly alternative to costly fossil fuel heaters. They are made from polypropylene plastic with a UV inhibitor and are certified by NSF 50* for water safety. The solar panels can either be installed on the ground or mounted on a roof.

Features:

  • Lightweight modular design – Easy to install into existing pool equipment
  • Patented overmold process – Minimizes stress on header connections
  • Proven performance in all climates – Engineered to relieve the thermal stress of expansion and contraction

Earlier this summer we set up the above Sunburst Solar Above Ground Pool Heating System. Set up was very easy, make sure you let the black panels sit in the sun as instructed to help roll them out. We have a 33’ x 18’ x 52” oval above ground pool. We live in Maine so the cool summer nights often decreases our pool temperature significantly. Our pool temperature was consistently in the mid 70s. After installing four panels we see temperatures regularly in the mid 80s (even warmer on long sunny days). We are all very pleased with this product. I highly recommend this product for any above ground pool. We look forward to be able to swim into September instead of closingthe pool at the end of August as we have in the past.
