Terms and Conditions
All of our products are shipped via FedEx or LTL freight via Southeastern Freight Lines (SEFL). Our website interfaces with FedEx and SEFL to dynamically calculate shipping rates as well as to print shipping labels. For this purpose, your name and address are being shared with FedEx, www.fedex.com, and Southeastern Freight lines, www.sefl.com. Please visit the privacy notice on their respective websites for additional information. SEFL typically requires an adult signature in order for the product to be delivered. FedEx may also require an adult signature depending on the shipping method selected during checkout.
Upon receipt of your product(s) please inspect for signs of damage. Visible freight damaged packages should be refused at time of delivery. If possible, please take and provide a picture of the damaged package(s). Please open and inspect your products to make sure there is no damage and to confirm the correct items have been received. Please notify us within 3 days of any damages or order discrepancies. Please call Pool Heating Depot at 1-888-984-1238 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once this time has elapsed you accept full responsibility for the product condition. The manufacturer’s warranty policy should be referenced for any future product quality concerns. Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures.
All products purchased through Pool Heating Depot may be returned for a refund provided the products are in new unused condition and are returned within 30 days of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee to cover costs associated with inspecting, placing the product back into inventory, and processing the refund. Freight costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
